Swami Vivekananda, a spiritual leader headed to present at the Parliament of Religions in Chicago.
Jamsetji Tata, an industrialist, was journeying abroad to explore opportunities for India’s industrial growth. the voyage progressed, Tata noticed a man in simple ochre robes — eyes gleaming with wisdom, body strong, and presence commanding. Intrigued, he approached him. What started as a casual conversation soon turned into a deep intellectual exchange.
At that time, India lacked industrial infrastructure, scientific institutions, or world-class universities then two great mind and one historical journey changed india’s future .

Even under the British rule, he fought legal hurdles, and invested his own health and wealth.
Eventually, he wrote a heartfelt letter to Swami Vivekananda, saying:“I wish to build a national institute of science and research for India. Will you guide me?” Swami great mind Vivekananda replied: “Your idea can bring about a revolution in nation-building.
I stand with you completely. India no longer needs foreign aid. She must now lead the world.”With that encouragement, Tata immediately began working on his vision. He donated land, funds, and reached out to top scientists across Europe and America.
